Yes. We typically structure payments in 3 installments: 40% to start, 30% at midpoint, 30% on delivery. We can adjust this for larger projects.
What if my requirements change mid-project?
We handle scope changes through a change request process. We'll assess the impact on timeline and cost, and you approve before we proceed.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. After the 30-day free support period, we offer monthly maintenance packages starting from KES 25,000/month depending on system complexity.
Can I use CresOS instead of building from scratch?
Yes. CresOS is our modular business operating system. If it fits your needs, we configure and customize it rather than building from scratch, faster and more cost-effective.
